To help members complete mobile banking registration smoothly and on the first attempt, we have highlighted common mistakes that may delay approval—together with the correct steps to follow.

  1. Skipping the MSACCO Application Form

❌ Common mistake: Downloading the mobile App and attempting to register before completing the MSACCO application form.

What to do: Complete the MSACCO application form first
- Then download the mobile App and proceed with registration 

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

❌ Common mistake: Submitting M-Sacco form with missing details, mismatched names or signatures, or incomplete fields.

What to do: Ensure your signature, ID details, names, and phone number match what is in the Sacco records. Carefully review all information before submitting

 Not Receiving the OTP

❌ Common mistake: Failure to receive the OTP because promotional messages are blocked on the phone. What to do: Dial *100*5*2# , select option 5 and activate promotional messages
- Reach out to the office via email, text or call to Whitelist your line once messages are enabled
