"Protection 24/7 and personal atention is the best."

Clinic/Hospital Malpractice Insurance
Covers clinic/Hospital against alleged professional liability. Hospital malpractice insurance policies are generally set up based on a claims-made basis, meaning that the policy only covers claims made during the policy period.
Extension
Retroactive Cover: Claims made during the policy period, but which relate to an incident before the policy inception date are covered by use of the retroactive date (where the retroactive date is earlier than the inception date of the policy). The policy will provide retrospective cover for all wrongful acts, errors or omissions committed before the inception date of the policy provided the actual claim or circumstance is notified to the insurer during the period of insurance.
Run-Off-Cover: Run-off cover provides protection for claims made against the insured when they stop trading or practicing.
