In the year 2001 KMA SACCO published its First Audited Financial Statements. The SACCO has grown tremendously and is positioned as a major financier for medical practitioners countrywide. In 2012 KMA SACCO amended its by-laws to include pharmacists, dentists and medical students into SACCO membership.<\/p><p>Core values<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li>Integrity<\/li><li>Prudence<\/li><li>Fairness<\/li><li>Teamwork<\/li><li>Professionalism<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Our Strength<\/strong><br \/>KMA SACCO draws its strength from the support given by our members, who are both shareholders and customers. KMA SACCO has a rapidly growing asset base which stands at 5.2 Billion as at December 2021.<\/p><p>The SACCO has a prudent credit and investment policy and is a member of the Credit Reference Bureau and KUSCCO, the national umbrella body for all co-operative societies.<\/p><p>KMA SACCO has a well qualified and experienced management team who compare favorably with the best in Kenya\u2019s co-operative Industry. Diversity of services; KMA SACCO members can now access insurance &amp; pension services from the SACCO making it a one-stop shop for financial services.<\/p><p>KMA SACCO Board of Directors developed the first strategic plan in 2009 and covered the period 2010-2014. Generally, the implementation of the First Strategic Plan recorded remarkable achievement. However, with the changing financial services environment, it was necessary for the SACCO to embark on the preparation of a comprehensive five-year Strategic Plan that draws from the experience in implementing the first Strategic Plan and also takes into account the changing financial services sector. The Second Strategic Plan (2015 \u2013 2019) for KMA SACCO was prepared and implemented in 2015. Currently the sacco has implemented its&#8217; 3rd Strategic Plan (2020-2024) which will ensure that the Sacco achieves its mission and vision.<\/p><p>We are credible and transparent<\/p><p>As we provide for your specific needs, we also ensure that our financial health as a Sacco remains in check. The management team publishes and shares with its member\u2019s yearly audited financial statements.
